Competition Info

Hatfield Community Day 2026 is supported by a special community competition organised by Eventful Photobooths Ltd in partnership with Asda Hatfield.

Two lucky winners will each have the chance to take part in a three-minute Supermarket Sweep Dash at Asda Hatfield on Friday 19 June 2026, with the opportunity to win up to £50 worth of shopping each.

The competition is free to enter and open to residents aged 18 and over living within Hatfield or the wider Welwyn Hatfield Borough.

Terms and Conditions

Who can enter:

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over
  • Entrants must live within Hatfield or the wider Welwyn Hatfield Borough
  • Proof of age and residency may be requested

How it works:

  • Entry is free, with one entry per person
  • Two winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries
  • Each winner will have three minutes at Asda Hatfield to collect items, with a maximum prize value of £50
  • At the end of the three minutes, winners will proceed to Checkout 7 to complete the dash
  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered

On the day:

  • Participants will be required to follow all instructions from Eventful Photobooths Ltd and Asda Hatfield staff
  • Photography and filming will take place for promotional purposes
  • Participants must self-certify that they are physically fit to take part

Your data:

  • Personal information will only be used for administering the competition and contacting winners
  • All entrant data will be securely deleted within 30 days of the competition concluding

Declaration

Before participating, each winner will need to complete a Self-Certification and Declaration Form. This form confirms eligibility, physical fitness to participate, and consent to filming and photography on the day.
