As some of you will already be aware and you can see from the info below, Hatfield Station has an allocation of £80,000 under the Passenger Benefit Fund following last year’s timetable issues.

Apologies for the late notice of this, but we are a small group and have been working hard to understand what is achievable and how to get the best value for the money – we now only have a couple of days until the deadline for finalising our submission.

It would be great if we could say that you as local ward councillors/leaders are in support of our proposals. We aim to submit tomorrow but, if this doesn’t give you time enough to respond, would still appreciate your expression of support, as we can add it in at a later stage. If there are others who you think would also be willing to support this, please do forward it to them.

If you would like to discuss any aspect, as well as the stall at the station tonight, I will mostly be on the numbers below today (but at my paid job Tue-Fri). I will also respond quickly to any emails.

If you aren’t currently on our mailing list but would like to receive our newsletters, please let us know (request needed for GDPR purposes). Our privacy notice, previous newsletters and other info can be seen on our website http://hatfieldrail.com.
