Hatfield’s Deputy Mayor, Councillor Nike Fakoya, was delighted to attend the official opening of Sumac & Saffron Turkish Kitchen & Bar at The Galleria.

The new restaurant and bar brings an exciting addition to Hatfield’s food and hospitality scene, offering residents and visitors a taste of authentic Turkish cuisine in a welcoming setting.

Speaking at the opening, Cllr Fakoya said how pleased the Council is to see new businesses choosing Hatfield as their home, helping to strengthen the local economy while providing new opportunities and experiences for the community.

The Council warmly welcomes Sumac & Saffron to Hatfield and wishes the team every success in their new venture.
