We will act on: trees that are dead, dying, diseased, unsafe, or encroaching on buildings.

We won't act on: dropped leaves/sap/debris, blocked light or views, TV or phone signal issues, tree size alone, overhanging branches (you may prune up to your boundary — please contact us first for TPO checks), or wildlife in the tree.

Council/housing association tenants: please contact your housing officer first.
